Ability to create more subscriber forms

Besides the form that already exists for people to sign up to the newsletter it would be nice to have people sign up to other forms (e.g. street team) and automatically be added a tag to that segment. If someone is already on the subscribers list it would simply add the tag for them, if not they’d become a subscriber.
